About the Role: HR Business Partner Manager We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to support our Engineering organization remotely from within the United States. This role is pivotal in providing HR consultation, implementing corporate policies, and driving organizational and employee development initiatives. As a seasoned HR professional, you'll be the liaison between business leaders, employees, and various HR functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and strategic HR support. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the designated Engineering business unit, providing consultation on people matters and implementing HR policies.
- Collaborate with business leaders on matters of business transformation, change management, organizational design, and talent management.
- Analyze organizational health using key metrics data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive company-wide HR programs, including Total Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Engagement Surveys, and Leadership Development activities.
- Provide counsel and coaching to leadership, managing the overall business relationship and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain close partnerships with business operations, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure the realization of business objectives.
