Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the analytics roadmap for Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty Technology, aligning data initiatives with arenaflex’s broader business objectives.
  • Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Data Integration & Modeling: Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from diverse sources, ensuring high‑quality, reliable data pipelines for downstream analysis.
  • Insight Generation: Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑wide BI dashboards (Power BI, Tibco Spotfire, etc.) that deliver real‑time, actionable metrics to senior leadership.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify root causes of system errors, develop corrective action plans, and implement process improvements that enhance system reliability and scalability.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data‑driven solutions.
  • Innovation: Champion the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI‑driven text analytics, big data platforms, and cloud‑based data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Athena, etc.).
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure all analytics activities adhere to data privacy regulations, corporate policies, and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field). A graduate degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Data Analyst, Business Insight Engineer, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Leadership Track Record: At least 1 year (3+ years preferred) of experience leading analytics teams, with a proven ability to inspire and guide senior‑level stakeholders (MD, VP, C‑suite).
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in BI dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tibco Spotfire), high‑level SQL, and experience with both relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (NoSQL, MongoDB) databases.
  • Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into data‑driven solutions, develop measurement frameworks, and set KPI targets.

  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related quantitative field.
  • Certifications such as Google Data Analytics Professional, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or Palantir Foundry credentials.
  • Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (DataDog, AppDynamics, Kibana) and large‑scale data processing frameworks (Apache Spark, Hadoop).
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Quicksight, Athena) and data lake architectures.
  • Experience with AI/ML techniques for text analytics, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
  • Knowledge of web performance metrics, mobile app analytics, and digital experience measurement tools (Quantum Metric, Akamai).

Compensation, Perks & Benefits
