Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Chat & Call Support Specialist to become the voice of arenaflex for our discerning clientele. In this role, you will manage order processing, respond to product inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is seamless, informative, and memorable. Key Responsibilities
