Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex remote support team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Documentation: Accurately log customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Quality Standards: Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
