Transactional Paralegal

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About This Role Our client is hiring a transactional drafting paralegal to support the lawyers and clients of our Colorado office on a remote, contract basis. This is a role for someone who drafts with precision, thinks like an analyst, and uses AI to move faster without ever trusting it blindly. You will prepare and refine the documents at the center of our estate planning, business, and tax work. We care about what you can do and how you think, not where your resume says you trained.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, revise, and quality-check transactional and estate planning documents under lawyer supervision.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and research, then verify every output against the client facts and goals.
  • Flag conflicts, gaps, and outdated provisions before documents move forward.
  • Track deadlines and keep client matters moving without being asked.
  • Turn lawyer instructions into accurate, well-organized work product.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience drafting transactional documents such as operating agreements, contracts, trusts, wills, or corporate governance. We will test your judgment on real scenarios.
  • Fluency with AI drafting and research tools, plus a disciplined process for verifying their output before it reaches a lawyer.
  • Strong analytical instincts and sound judgment under ambiguity. You catch the issue others miss.
  • Comfort working independently and remotely, with clear and precise written communication.
  • Colorado practice experience preferred. Familiarity with Colorado document and filing conventions is a plus.
  • Paralegal certificate, J.D., or equivalent demonstrated ability. We weigh proven skill over credentials.
  • This position will begin as a contract role with the possibility of transitioning into full-time permanent status.
