Position Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist & Quality Control (QC) Partner
The Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex serves as a critical link in the production chain that transforms raw legal documents into clean, searchable, and dispatch‑ready files for our nationwide process‑server network. Working from the comfort of your home in Puerto Rico, you will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and verifying data, while also identifying and resolving discrepancies before they impact downstream operations. Key Responsibilities
- Document Ingestion & Filing: Accurately input legal documents into arenaflex’s proprietary case management system, ensuring proper categorization, tagging, and storage.

- Quality Assurance Review: Conduct meticulous checks on entered data, confirming that all fields are complete, correctly formatted, and free of typographical errors.
