Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and validation tasks for privacy‑related datasets, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Legal, Security, Product, and Engineering—to interpret data protection requirements and translate them into actionable data handling procedures.
  • Monitor and audit data flows to identify potential privacy risks, documenting findings and recommending remediation steps.
  • Maintain and update data protection documentation, such as Data Processing Agreements, privacy impact assessments, and incident response logs.
  • Provide clear, concise communication to stakeholders at all levels, tailoring technical language to business audiences and ensuring consistent understanding of privacy obligations.
  • Assist in the evaluation and integration of privacy‑focused vendor solutions, tools, and platforms, contributing to the selection and implementation processes.
  • Support the development and delivery of internal training materials on data protection best practices, fostering a culture of privacy awareness across arenaflex.
  • Stay current with evolving privacy legislation, industry standards, and emerging threats, proactively advising the team on necessary policy updates.

Minimum Qualifications (Essential)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a data‑centric role within a regulated environment (e.g., finance, healthcare, aviation).
  • Demonstrated understanding of data protection and privacy requirements at local, national, and international levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, technical teams, and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in fast‑paced environments, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
