Why This Role Matters

In today’s data‑centric world, accurate and timely information is the lifeblood of decision‑making. As a Data Entry Operator II at arenaflex, you will be the guardian of data integrity, ensuring that critical information from source documents is captured, validated, and transformed into actionable insights. Your work will directly support analysts, project teams, and senior leaders who rely on clean, reliable data to drive strategic initiatives, compliance reporting, and client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Enter data from a variety of source documents—including handwritten forms, PDFs, scanned images, and electronic files—into arenaflex’s secure data management platforms using keyboards, optical scanners, and specialized data‑entry software.
  • Perform meticulous verification of source documents to confirm accuracy, completeness, and consistency before data entry, applying critical thinking to resolve ambiguities.
  • Interpret and validate data where necessary, applying business rules and validation logic to ensure that entries meet arenaflex’s quality standards.
  • Generate routine and ad‑hoc reports from entered data, summarizing key metrics, trends, and anomalies for internal stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation, software tools, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data‑entry workflows, recommend new tools, procedures, or automation solutions, and collaborate with IT and process improvement teams to implement enhancements.
  • Provide backup support to fellow data entry personnel during peak periods, ensuring seamless continuity of operations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and data security protocols in accordance with arenaxflex’s compliance policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in regular quality‑control audits, contributing to the development of corrective action plans when discrepancies are identified.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, adapting quickly to evolving project requirements and priorities.

  • Prior exposure to cloud‑based collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, Google Workspace) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
  • Demonstrated ability to train and onboard remote staff, including creating instructional materials and conducting virtual workshops.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Data Accuracy & Validation: Mastery of techniques for cross‑checking, error detection, and data cleansing.
