Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Drive Exceptional Customer Experiences on the Road with arenaflex

Imagine being the calm, confident voice that helps a stranded driver get back on the road during a roadside emergency. Picture yourself turning a stressful breakdown into a smooth, reassuring experience for a customer who simply needs their vehicle serviced. At arenaflex, we believe that a great customer experience has the power to transform even the most challenging situations into moments of trust, loyalty, and appreciation. That is exactly the philosophy behind our Mobility Fleet Operations team, and we are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist II to join us in delivering world-class service every single day.

The mobility and fleet industry is evolving rapidly, with customers expecting faster response times, clearer communication, and more personalized support than ever before. arenaflex sits at the heart of this transformation, managing thousands of service requests, maintenance transactions, and emergency dispatches for a wide range of clients across the country. Our team members are the backbone of this operation, combining customer service excellence with operational know-how to keep vehicles moving and customers smiling. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems on the fly, and find genuine satisfaction in helping others, this role is tailor-made for you.

What You’ll Do as a Customer Care Specialist II

As a Customer Care Specialist II within arenaflex’s Mobility Fleet Operations division, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their vehicles. Your day will be dynamic, engaging, and deeply rewarding. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, respond to outbound customer outreach, and serve as the critical link between customers, service technicians, tow operators, and outside vendors. Every call you take is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, and every transaction you originate contributes to the seamless operation of an entire fleet network.

Core Responsibilities and Daily Impact

  • Be the Voice of Help on the Road: Field a high volume of inbound calls from drivers, fleet managers, and service partners in need of assistance. You will answer questions, provide updates, and ensure that every caller feels heard, valued, and supported throughout their experience with arenaflex.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide excellent, empathetic, and solution-oriented service for all inbound and outbound calls. You will set the tone for what customers can expect from arenaflex, which means professionalism, patience, and a relentless focus on resolution.
  • Originate New Service Transactions: Initiate and process all new transactions related to preventative maintenance, as well as immediate and scheduled service and repairs. You will gather essential information, enter it accurately into our systems, and ensure that every service request is set up for success from the very first interaction.
  • Assign and Coordinate Service Requests: Route service requests to the appropriate market for dispatching, ensuring that the right technicians and resources are aligned with the right jobs. Your organizational precision will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate Towing Operations: When a customer’s vehicle cannot be driven, you will coordinate towing services promptly and professionally. This responsibility requires quick thinking, strong vendor relationships, and the ability to communicate clearly during high-pressure situations.
  • Schedule Emergency Vendors: When an emergency breakdown is reported, you will rapidly engage outside vendors to provide the necessary support. Time is of the essence, and your ability to mobilize resources quickly will be a defining factor in our service quality.
  • Improve Dispatching Capabilities: Continuously identify opportunities to develop and enhance arenaflex’s dispatching processes. We are always looking for team members who bring fresh ideas, constructive feedback, and a commitment to ongoing improvement.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document every customer interaction, transaction, and service request with meticulous attention to detail. Accurate data entry is essential to the integrity of our operations and the trust our customers place in us.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues in operations, dispatch, vendor management, and customer success to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for every customer.

Who You Are: The Ideal Candidate

At arenaflex, we recognize that great customer care specialists come from many different backgrounds. What unites our team members is a shared commitment to helping people, a passion for problem-solving, and the resilience to thrive in a high-energy contact center environment. If you find joy in making someone’s day a little brighter and take pride in resolving complex issues with grace, you will fit right in.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Foundation: A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least three years of experience in a related field such as customer service, dispatch, fleet operations, or call center environments.
  • Alternative Experience Pathways: We welcome candidates who bring a different combination of education and experience. For example, any level of degree or certification beyond a high school diploma in a related discipline, combined with up to one year of relevant experience, would also qualify. Alternatively, five years of experience in a related field may serve as a substitute for formal education beyond high school.
  • Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential. You will use these tools daily to communicate, document, and manage information.
  • Independent and Team-Oriented Work Ethic: The ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. You should be comfortable taking ownership of your work while knowing when to lean on colleagues for support.
  • Multitasking Mastery: The capacity to juggle multiple priorities, manage tight deadlines, and maintain composure during peak call volumes. Our busiest hours demand sharp focus and a calm, organized approach.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think on your feet and arrive at creative solutions for customers and internal stakeholders alike.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A current, valid driver’s license is required for this role, as you will be coordinating vehicle-related services and may occasionally need to understand driving-related logistics firsthand.

Preferred Competencies and Soft Skills

  • Prior experience in fleet management, automotive service, towing coordination, or roadside assistance is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and confidence.
  • A customer-first mindset that prioritizes resolution, satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.
  • Adaptability and resilience when working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, dispatch software, or fleet management systems is a plus.
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to contribute to team success.
