Senior Director, Product Development & Innovation

This is a fully remote position and can be located anywhere in the US. Position Purpose: Oversee service product lines. Establish a profitable, disciplined organization that demonstrates a solid foundation for future growth.

• Collaborate with local health plans and corporate service areas to set overall strategy and maintain visibility into initiative status, risks, dependencies, and performance against goals supporting the strategy
• Establish and manage governance, intake, and prioritization processes for strategic initiatives
• Drive end‑to‑end execution of complex programs, ensuring clear scope, ownership, timelines, and outcomes
• Develop and implement reporting and oversight infrastructure to ensure that products are meeting financial, quality, and operational goals while remaining in full compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Build network of relationships with experts to ensure knowledge flow of best practices to the local health plans and corporate departments
• Identify and implement new models and solutions to improve care, quality and cost efficiency
• Lead the centralized Medicare PMO, owning execution of high‑priority, cross‑functional initiatives across the enterprise
• Institute continuous improvement program
• At least 20% travel required

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in related field. 7+ years of Medicare, dual eligible management or related specialty experience, preferably in a health plan. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Master’s degree preferred. Experience in Special Needs Plans is desired. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
