Healthcare Data Entry - Remote | WFH
In this role, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the healthcare coverage they deserve. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently managing data in various insurance portals, ensuring smooth verification and enrollment processes. Here's What You'll Do... Maintain accurate member information: Update member details promptly and ensure their records are always up-to-date. Handle policy changes: Process terminations, reinstatements, and other policy adjustments with precision. Manage health coverage information: Keep coverage plans accurate, including eligibility, benefits, and limitations. Research and update healthcare provider information: Ensure accurate and current provider data within medical portals. Analyze and interpret data: Utilize your knowledge of healthcare terminology and coding to enhance data accuracy. Collaborate effectively: Work as part of a supportive team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment. Uphold confidentiality: Adhere strictly to data privacy regulations and safeguard sensitive member information. Stay up-to-date: Continuously learn about changes in healthcare insurance regulations, policies, and procedures. To Be Successful, You'll Have Strong computer skills: Proficiency in data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding is essential. Excellent attention to detail: Accuracy and meticulousness are crucial for this role. Organizational prowess: You excel at managing data effectively and meeting deadlines. Medical terminology knowledge: Familiarity with medical terms and coding is a plus. Multitasking skills: You can seamlessly handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Independent and collaborative: You can work autonomously but also thrive in a team environment. At least 1 year of experience: We seek candidates with experience in claims examination, health insurance, customer service, call centers, medical offices, or related fields.
