Sometimes cold calling to the leads, and the main purpose will be to talk to them, know their needs and segregate contacts based on the service they need. Booking appointments with customers for small scale services/jobs. REQUIREMENTS- • Qualification- High school (complusory) • Experience - Minimum 1 year experience in customer service. • Skills - Top-notch English speaking Skills, Customer Handling... Skills, Selling Skills. • No Target Based Job. EXPECTATIONS- 1) Your duties include handling many inbound and outbound calls to and from customers, listening to customers’ needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems in a professional way, according to a provided script and book the appointments accordingly. 2) Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding the services we provide to the customers. 3) Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the Sales executives. 4) You will have to follow up with the customers and try to close the deals over the phone with the guidance of your Sales executives, you will also have to keep learning and improving your customer handling skills so you can close more customers over the phone. 5) You will have to improve your knowledge on the services that we provide to the customers in order to provide better customer service gradually. 6) You will be working with some web applications and mobile applications, and you will have to improve the knowledge on the applications required for the job. 6) You will be asked to prepare estimates for customers, send estimates and invoices., record payments and pending payments. 7) Other duties as assigned by Sales executives or Management.
