Position Overview

We are hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist – Aviation Services to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for travelers, assisting them with inquiries related to ticketing, baggage, flight changes, and general travel support. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Interaction: Receiving and managing incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from travelers seeking assistance with reservations, ticketing, baggage inquiries, and general travel concerns.
  • Ticketing and Reservations: Issuing tickets, modifying existing bookings, calculating fares, and ensuring that all traveler itineraries align with their needs and company policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Addressing customer concerns with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes that build long-term loyalty.
  • Baggage Support: Assisting customers with lost, delayed, or damaged luggage claims and coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Information Delivery: Providing accurate information about flight schedules, travel requirements, visa regulations, baggage policies, and special services.
  • Anticipating Needs: Proactively identifying customer needs and offering solutions before issues escalate, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our internal systems to support continuous improvement.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhering to all company policies, security protocols, and industry regulations while maintaining the highest standards of integrity.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role at arenaflex, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification is required. A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred and may accelerate career advancement opportunities.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, CRM platforms, and other digital tools. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving systems.
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship. arenaflex does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
  • Availability: Willingness to work any assigned shift within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation. This includes early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable Workspace: A quiet, professional home office environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening as required by company policy.
