Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Representative (Temporary)

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Customer Service team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for employees of our client organizations, providing clear, courteous, and accurate assistance on benefits, payroll, and related inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Research client issues, verify information, and process documentation to resolve inquiries efficiently.

  • Achieve and exceed departmental performance metrics, including average handle time, first‑call resolution, and quality‑assurance scores.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
