[Remote] Business Development Director

They are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive new business growth by managing the full sales process and collaborating closely with leadership and delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new client opportunities for digital agency services
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client business goals and challenges
- Develop and present tailored proposals and solution recommendations
- Manage a full sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and deal timelines
- Negotiate contracts and pricing aligned with company goals
- Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to scope solutions and ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain strong knowledge of Spinutech’s service offerings and differentiators
- Represent Spinutech professionally in sales meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, positioning, and go-to-market strategy
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital opportunities
- Help refine ideal client profiles and target verticals
Skills
- 8+ years of experience selling digital agency services, including one or more of: Digital marketing (SEO, paid media, content, CRO), Web design and development, Marketing automation / CRM (e.g., HubSpot), Digital strategy or consulting services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience selling six-figure or high five-figure engagements
- Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Agency background strongly preferred
- Experience selling retainers and long-term engagements
- Existing professional network that can be leveraged for new opportunities
