[Remote] Senior Data Scientist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harnham is a high-impact healthtech platform transforming clinical trial processes. They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to build and productionize advanced statistical models that directly influence patient access to life-saving therapies.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy predictive models (Bayesian, regression, time-series) in a regulated environment
- Own end-to-end model lifecycle: design → production → monitoring
- Drive site selection & patient matching models for global pharma sponsors
- Partner closely with ML Engineering + Product to ship real-world tools
- Work with sensitive healthcare data under HIPAA/GDPR constraints
Skills
- Must be within US. Cannot support any visas
- 5–8+ years in Data Science (healthcare, healthtech or regulated strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of taking models to production + maintaining them
- Strong foundations in statistics + classical ML (not GenAI-focused)
- Python + SQL; AWS stack (SageMaker, Redshift etc. helpful)
- Strong communication – stakeholder-facing, collaborative mindset
