[Remote] Senior / Lead Product Management Consultant (f/m/x)

The Senior / Lead Product Management Consultant will drive complex cross-functional initiatives in digital-first companies, manage product narratives, and mentor junior team members while helping clients achieve clarity and success in their product strategies.

• Serve as an Interim Product Manager in mostly post-product market-fit digital-first companies ranging from series B to publicly listed
• Solve for the clients AND our company. Prioritize ruthlessly
• Communicate a compelling narrative about the product
• Effectively manage various groups consisting of strong personalities
• Coach the next generation. Train, mentor, and delegate relentlessly
• Rinse and repeat. Go on a new mission with a new client or in a new team, new domain, new product, or initiative every 3-6 months

Skills

• Experience as an Interim Product Manager in post-product market-fit digital-first companies ranging from series B to publicly listed
• Ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives in B2C or B2B products
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple parallel streams internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills to articulate a compelling narrative about the product and its features
• Ability to manage various groups with strong personalities and adapt to their communication preferences
• Experience in coaching, training, and mentoring Associate Product Managers
• Ability to break down complex initiatives into manageable, quantifiable work for the team
• High-ownership and high-visibility mindset to create structure from chaos
• Optimism and ability to handle high-pressure situations with composed reactions
• Collaborative, kind, and direct approach to working with others
• Ability to switch contexts quickly and make solid decisions with incomplete information

Benefits

• Tenure-Based Compensation Increase. A 5% increase after 12 months and a 10% increase after 24 months of tenure. Resets and restarts when promoted to the next level.

The compensation impact is 80% of the salary in years 1-2, 85% of the salary in years 3, and 90% of the salary in years 4+.
• [Optional] Germany Relocation after 24+ months*. We sponsor a relocation to Berlin, Germany for team members at L4+ levels who've been with our firm for at least 24 months. Should you decide to relocate on your own before being eligible for our support, we can only change your work contract to the German one after you have your visa and paperwork in order.
• We recommend setting up a dedicated workspace for which you can choose to expense a MacBook, external monitor, ring light, room divider, and plants.
