They are seeking a Chief Growth Officer to drive top-of-funnel growth through awareness and relationship-building, focusing on organic strategies rather than paid acquisition.

- Relationships as a growth channel
- Owning the full marketing funnel
- Leading the team as a player-coach
- Sharpening positioning and product marketing
- Building an AI-native marketing function
- Staying close to customers
Skills
- Known in the creator, coach, and small business world
- Ability to turn influence into growth
- Experience in market presence and top-of-funnel growth
- Ability to be a public face of AWeber
- Experience in building relationships as a growth channel
- Accountable for growing revenue across the full marketing funnel
- Experience leading a team as a player-coach
- Ability to sharpen positioning and product marketing
- Experience building an AI-native marketing function
- Ability to stay close to customers and carry relationship work
- Credible in the small business, creator, or coach world
- Operated at a senior marketing level (CMO, VP of Marketing, or founder)
- Ability to do the work, not just direct it
- Experience building or rebuilding a marketing function
- Think in distribution first
- AI-native with experience building systems with agents, automations, and content workflows
