[Remote] Part-Time Business Development Representative (Commission-Based) | Remote – Austin, Texas

They are seeking a part-time Business Development Representative to execute outreach, qualify prospects, and build relationships with potential clients, primarily through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Executing outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn against an existing lead list
- Qualifying prospects and booking discovery and demo calls
- Building relationships with potential clients and nurturing engagement to convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Managing follow-up cadences to keep leads moving through the pipeline
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in our CRM
- Developing a working understanding of TLEX programs to speak credibly with prospects
- Participating in occasional in-person team syncs in Austin
Skills
- Experience or demonstrated aptitude in inside sales, BDR, or customer-facing roles
- Comfortable running cold and warm outreach - phone especially
- Able to hold a peer-level conversation with senior leaders and executives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - you can engage, present, and follow up with equal effectiveness
- Self-directed and accountable; you set your own pace and hit your numbers
- Based in the Austin, Texas area
- Exposure to leadership development, organizational change, or corporate training is a plus — coachability matters more
