[Remote] Collections Analyst

HireTalent is seeking an experienced Senior Collections Analyst to join a high-performing Finance & Accounting team supporting a global portfolio of advertiser and agency customers. The role involves managing a large portfolio of accounts, driving collections activity, and improving cash flow performance while building strong relationships with key customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of advertiser and agency accounts, driving collections activity and improving cash flow performance
• Build strong relationships with key customers through regular phone and email outreach
• Proactively follow up on past-due balances with a focus on reducing DSO and minimizing bad debt exposure
• Investigate, document, and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner
• Partner closely with Sales teams to align on customer strategies and payment expectations
• Prepare and present aging reports, collection updates, and account status summaries for leadership review
• Identify opportunities to improve collections processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
• Support special Accounts Receivable and Finance projects as needed

Skills

• 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
• Strong experience managing large customer portfolios (800+ accounts preferred)
• Proven success meeting collections KPIs, cash targets, and aging reduction goals
• Experience supporting enterprise and global customer accounts
• Strong understanding of the full invoicing, payment, and collections lifecycle
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
