[Remote] Senior Workday Financials Consultant / Analyst

Dice is seeking a Senior Workday Financials Consultant / Analyst to provide hands-on configuration and production support across Workday Financials. The role involves troubleshooting defects, designing scalable solutions, and translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands on configuration and production support across Workday Financials
- Operate independently across multiple functional areas based on business priority
- Troubleshoot defects and resolve production issues efficiently
- Design and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions (not short term fixes)
- Translate business requirements into effective system solutions
- Contribute to platform enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements
Skills
- 9+ years of hands on Workday Financials experience
- Strong end to end understanding of Workday financial processes
- Proven ability to balance production support with project based work
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ambiguous, lean team environment
- Strong problem solving and systems thinking mindset
- Demonstrated expertise in: Financial Accounting (highest), Expenses, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement, Procurement (de emphasized / phasing out)
- Experience with Workday Accounting Center and/or Prism
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting
- Experience supporting cross functional initiatives
- Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
- VNDLY experience (nice to have, not required)
