[Remote] Online Sales Counselor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Century Communities, Inc. is one of the nation's largest homebuilders and an industry leader in online home sales. The Online Sales Counselor supports sales and marketing initiatives by responding to and managing e-Leads, internet traffic, and customer inquiries to guide prospects through the buying process.
Responsibilities
- Provide same-day, immediate email/phone responses to all leads from the Century Communities website, 3rd party sources, signage, and other marketing
- Respond quickly to "Live Chat" inquiries and answer questions, as you are responsible for guiding the customer through the "Buy Now" process
- Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until the contract is completed online
- Maintain a database of leads through Salesforce CRM
- Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads
- Assist prospects in selecting the best Century Communities location for prospective homebuyers
- Communicate with Divisions/Regions regarding ongoing email campaigns, promotions, and online new community launches on the website
- Provide reporting of internet lead activity and sales conversion daily, weekly, and monthly
- Provide consistent follow-up with all leads received at the 3, 7, 14, 21- and 28-day milestones via Salesforce CRM drip campaigns
- Act as a customer service "concierge" once the customer has signed the contract. Proactively provide construction updates, lender updates, and title company updates up to closing
- Focus on decreasing cancellation rates by proactively interacting with customers
- Enhance customer experience and satisfaction by consistently communicating with the customer and keeping them engaged
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
Skills
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- California Real Estate License
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service and internet sales, cold calling, or call center experience
- You enjoy sales and marketing activities and have a high-energy, upbeat, can-do attitude
- Advanced internet, email, and sales contact database experience
- Proficient at overcoming various sales objectives and concerns
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and database management, and the ability to type at 45 WPM or more
- Detail-oriented, outstanding follow-up skills, customer-focused
- Excellent email writing and telephone communication skills
- Solid organizational, planning, and managing skills
- Must be able to work in an unstructured environment and quickly tackle ad-hoc projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent time-management skills with working on several projects at once under deadlines
- A Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related business field
