[Remote] Technical manager ( Javelina Development skills)

Skills
- 15+ years of software development experience with 3–5 years in a technical leadership or manager role
- Strong background in modernizing legacy monoliths using the Strangler Fig pattern
- Hands-on experience with distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and integration patterns
- Hands-on in architecture reviews, service design decisions, and modernization trade-offs
- Practical working knowledge of Kafka including topics, partitions, consumer groups, and schema registry
- Exposure to multi-tenant architecture patterns and practices
- Solid understanding of cloud-native design on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Working knowledge of healthcare data sensitivity (PHI/PII), HIPAA compliance, and audit requirements
- Familiarity with EDI (X12), FHIR, or other healthcare integration standards is a strong plus
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps automation, and Infrastructure as Code tools
