[Remote] REMOTE Staff Software Engineer

They are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Engineer to join their dynamic Tech Services team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that drive high-impact services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Typescript, React, SQL, and AWS
- Build and maintain APIs to integrate with third-party services and tools, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality code culture
- Provide technical leadership, driving and performing best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross-functional, and company-wise critical programs
- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong command of object-oriented principles
- Deep understanding and experience with Typescript, React, SQL, and AWS
- API Design (REST, GraphQL)
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn and grow
