Construction Bid Coordinator
MMR Reinforcing Rodbuster LLC is seeking a part-time Construction Bid Coordinator to help identify project opportunities, build contractor relationships, and support our bidding efforts throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and surrounding markets.
Responsibilities
- Research upcoming construction projects
- Identify and maintain general contractor contact lists
- Request plans and bid documents
- Track bid opportunities and deadlines
- Assist with vendor registrations
- Maintain organized bid logs and spreadsheets
- Follow up with contractors regarding bid invitations
- Support business development efforts
Preferred Experience
- Construction industry experience
- Project coordination experience
- Estimating support experience
- Experience with bid platforms or plan rooms is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Position Details
- Remote
- Part-time
- Approximately 10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
Success in this role will be measured by:
- New contractor relationships established
- Bid opportunities identified
- Bid invitations received
- Accuracy and organization of project information
