About the Role
T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance clinical responsibilities with personal well-being. Supervision includes
- Telehealth supervision
- Monthly in-person visits
- Collaborative team support
- Flexible scheduling based on clinical needs.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking motivated and team-oriented clinicians who
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Support and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
- Are dedicated to helping clients and families overcome challenges associated with their diagnoses.
- Maintain strong clinical and ethical standards. BCaBA Requirements
- Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Active LARA License. BCBA Requirements
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
