  • Revenue Optimization: Collaborate with sales, finance, and client services teams to ensure that media plans are executed as intended, helping to maximize revenue and meet client expectations.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners when questions arise about data integrity, campaign status, or billing issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, propose automation enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational SOPs.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain up‑to‑date internal documentation, create training guides for new hires, and share best practices across the EMEA region.

  • Compliance & Security: Adhere to data protection regulations and internal security protocols, ensuring that all client information is handled responsibly.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of general experience within the advertising industry, either on the agency side, media sales side, or within ad‑tech platforms.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic buying, video, CTV, and display formats.
  • Proficiency with major ad‑tech tools such as Google Marketing Platform, DV360, and other demand‑side platforms (DSPs).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present findings to senior leadership and external partners.
  • Familiarity with data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR) and best practices for handling sensitive client information.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, globally distributed environment, collaborating across time zones and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience with campaign trafficking tools, ad servers, and reporting dashboards.
  • Previous exposure to the EMEA market, understanding regional media buying nuances and cultural considerations.
  • Knowledge of emerging ad formats such as interactive video, shoppable ads, and addressable TV.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or related ad‑tech credentials.
