Pediatric Neuropsychologist Adviser (Remote or Hybrid)
Company Description
NeuroLeap Corp develops novel multi-sensory, dynamic feedback technologies that harness children’s natural motivation to play to support a more objective assessment, learning, and cognitive development. The company’s solution is designed to help schools and healthcare organizations more effectively assess and treat patients with comorbidities, and for schools to meet their legal obligations to educate children with learning disabilities in a scalable, cost-effective way. By integrating engaging, play-based assessments and intervention tools into school and healthcare environments, NeuroLeap aims to improve outcomes and inclusion for diverse learners/patients. Team members collaborate with other specialists, clinicians, neuroscientists, regulatory experts, the FDA, and CRO (Clinical Research Organization) staff, and technologists to ensure that products are both evidence-informed and practical for real-world use. Role Description This is a part-time, remote Pediatric Neuropsychologist Adviser role, with the possibility of hybrid collaboration where feasible. The adviser will provide expert guidance on the neuropsychological foundations of NeuroLeap’s products for children with learning, motor skills, and cognitive challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and advising on product features, protocols to ensure clinical appropriateness, developmental sensitivity, and alignment with best practices in pediatric neuropsychology, and sometimes reviewing processed biomarker (EEG, EMG & ECG) results. The role involves interpreting current research, offering recommendations on assessment-informed interventions, and helping translate clinical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for product, engineering, and school/healthcare implementation teams. The adviser will also participate in virtual meetings, contribute to internal training materials, and provide feedback on study designs, pilot projects, RCTs, and outcome measures related to children’s learning and neurocognitive functioning.
