• Own the full internal project lifecycle from requirements gathering through solution delivery and process implementation
• Conduct user interviews and stakeholder discovery sessions to identify needs and translate them into actionable project requirements
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation strategies
• Lead the implementation of new products, tools, or processes into existing business workflows
• Monitor project performance and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis, optimization, or product workflow development
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical audiences
• Data-driven approach to decision-making
