[Remote] Omni Ambassador - New York & New Jersey

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ria Money Transfer is a business segment of Euronet Worldwide, Inc. that provides innovative financial services including global money transfers and currency exchange. They are seeking a Full Time Omni-Channel Brand Ambassador to promote their services, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across agent locations and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Ria brand at agent locations and nearby businesses
• Educate customers about the Ria App and assist with downloads and onboarding when needed
• Support customers with creating email accounts and setting up the Ria App to complete transactions
• Build relationships with agents to encourage promotion of Ria services
• Meet daily outreach and engagement targets with agents and customers
• Track activity and results using defined metrics and reporting tools
• Represent the brand professionally and create a positive customer experience
• Travel within assigned territory and nearby states to support growth initiatives

• Ability to work from office, from home and travel to assigned territory as needed
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time as a driver in an automobile
• Ability to visit businesses and work in tight places to install equipment or marketing materials
• Ability to lift a maximum of 11.3 kilograms / 25 pounds
