They are seeking a Processing Coordinator to provide processing support to branches, focusing on administrative tasks and maintaining data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Invoice Insurance transactions (measured by pace per hour)
  • Review electronic files for accuracy and completion
  • Data entry for client files
  • Maintain speed and accuracy requirements
  • Meet and or exceed data entry daily Pace targets
  • Follow up on activities as assigned

Skills

  • General Level 1 Insurance License
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once
  • Hard Wired - High Speed Internet in a dedicated workspace is essential
  • Prior experience in the Insurance Industry is an asset
  • Working experience with EPIC is an asset
