This role offers a structured path from producer to agency owner in the stable life insurance industry, providing training, lead systems, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• A clear path from producer to agency owner. Not a promise, a structure
• Operational and lead systems already in place so you're not starting from scratch
• Licensing support; most candidates are fully licensed within 7 to 14 days
• Commission-based pay with performance bonuses and no earning ceiling
• Remote, flexible schedule - you own your time
• Mentorship from people who have built what you're trying to build

Skills

• An active life insurance license is required
• You're entrepreneurially wired and ready to build inside a proven structure
