They are hiring a Junior Analyst to analyze executive compensation proposals and assist in producing voting recommendations, special reports, and engagement with corporate representatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze executive compensation programs and equity-based compensation plans
- Produce clear, well-reasoned voting recommendations for institutional investors
- Conduct research for special reports, proxy season reviews, and thought leadership content
- Assist in updating internal voting guidelines and training materials
- Participate in engagement calls and meetings with corporate representatives
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical writing and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
