We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join us as Cabin Experience Agents—the frontline heroes who ensure every aircraft interior meets the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position offers a rewarding blend of hands‑on cabin management, technology‑driven reporting, and collaborative problem‑solving, all while you enjoy the flexibility of remote work.

Our mission is to “connect people to people, people to places, and people to possibilities.” To achieve this, we invest heavily in our people, technology, and sustainability initiatives. As part of arenaflex, you will be part of a culture that values Care, Integrity, Flexibility, Employee Initiative, and Collaboration—the five core values that guide every decision, from daily operations to long‑term strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cabin Inspection & Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning, disinfecting, and inspection of aircraft cabins before each flight, adhering to arenaflex’s rigorous health and safety protocols.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate ground support equipment—including freight vans, trucks, and high‑lift trucks—to transport cleaning supplies and waste.
  • Safety Audits: Conduct real‑time safety checks in line with current health, security, and regulatory requirements, documenting any discrepancies in the arenaflex digital system.
  • Digital Reporting: Use arenaflex’s proprietary software and mobile devices to log cleaning activities, equipment usage, and compliance metrics.
  • Shift Flexibility: Work varied shifts (early morning, mid‑day, or night) based on flight schedules, with weekly hours ranging from 20 to 40 depending on seniority and demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors, ground crews, and flight operations teams to coordinate cabin readiness and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in regular training sessions, share best practices, and contribute ideas that enhance cabin hygiene and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (minimum education requirement).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 50 lb on a regular basis.
  • Successful completion of a Physical Ability Test (PAT) – candidates can review the preparatory video provided by arenaflex.
  • Commitment to personal safety, the safety of coworkers, and the protection of confidential information.
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, safety toe shoes, hard hat, and high‑visibility clothing when on‑site.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Previous experience in airline cabin cleaning, hospitality, or a related customer‑service role.
  • Familiarity with airline safety regulations (e.g., FAA, TSA) and cleaning standards.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile devices, tablets, and web‑based reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow step‑by‑step procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing flight schedules and unexpected operational demands.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Safety‑First Mentality: Prioritizing health and safety for yourself, teammates, and passengers.
  • Customer‑Centric Attitude: Understanding that a clean cabin directly impacts passenger satisfaction.
  • Physical Stamina: Maintaining energy and focus during repetitive cleaning tasks and equipment operation.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort using arenaflex’s digital platforms to record work and access real‑time updates.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quickly identifying issues (e.g., equipment malfunction, supply shortages) and escalating them appropriately.
  • Team Collaboration: Working seamlessly with remote supervisors and on‑site ground crews.
