About the Role
OneKey는 의료진(HCP, Healthcare Professional)과 의료기관(HCO, Healthcare Organization) 정보를 표준화하여 관리하는 글로벌 데이터 플랫폼으로, 제약회사 및 헬스케어 기업들이 고객을 이해하고 비즈니스 의사결정을 하는데 중요한 기반이 됩니다. 본 포지션은 OneKey 데이터를 관리·유지하는 역할로서, 국내외 다양한 데이터 소스를 활용해 의료진 및 의료기관 정보를 수집, 정리, 검증하고, 데이터의 정확성과 일관성을 유지하는 업무를 담당하게 됩니다. 이를 통해 글로벌 OneKey 플랫폼이 안정적으로 운영될 수 있도록 지원합니다. 유연한 근무 환경을 제공하며 재택근무가 가능합니다. Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to) OneKey Korea HCP/HCO 데이터 일일 검증 및 유지관리 Reference 데이터 및 내외부 데이터 소스를 활용한 데이터 매핑 및 검증 데이터베이스 매칭 및 다양한 자료 조사를 통한 데이터 완전성 및 정확성 검증 데이터 일관성 검토 및 데이터 품질 관리(QA/Validation) 데이터 이슈 및 문의사항에 대한 조사, 분석 및 해결 (근본 원인 분석 포함) 글로벌 OneKey 운영팀 및 내부 이해관계자와의 협업 SLA(Service Level Agreement) 기준에 따른 업무 우선순위 설정 및 실행 Qualifications required 학사 학위 이상 신입 또는 1년 이상의 경력 보유자 데이터 운영 또는 데이터 처리 관련 업무 경험자 또는 관련 분야에 관심이 있는 자 Preferred skills and experience Excel, Outlook 등 오피스 프로그램 활용 능력 높은 정확성과 꼼꼼함 (Attention to detail) 헬스케어 데이터 관련 경험 데이터 품질 관리 및 검증 업무 경험 SLA 기반 운영 환경에서의 업무 경험 [추천 컨텐츠] 1.What does it mean to be IQVIAN?(video) 2.아이큐비아ㅣ나만 몰랐던 (진짜) 포브스 선정 '세계 최고의 직장'(video) [관련 문의] 한국 아이큐비아 채용(IQVIA) 카카오톡 채널을 통해 1:1 문의 하실 수 있습니다. *채널을 추가하시면 매월 신규 포지션 알림 및 회사 소식을 받아보실 수 있습니다.
