Product Operations Coordinator Department: Product Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote - USA Reporting To: COO Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 / year Description Impruvon was founded with a mission to transform medication management for vulnerable populations through innovation, accountability, and compassion. We support care organizations including IDD providers, assisted living operators, and behavioral health programs. About the Role

We are looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to help drive visibility, coordination, and execution across our product organization. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to maintain product planning artifacts, track progress against goals and roadmap commitments, coordinate cross-functional activities, and help ensure important information is documented, communicated, and acted upon. You will serve as a key operational partner to Product leadership, helping create transparency around product initiatives, maintain accountability across teams, and ensure roadmap progress, decisions, risks, and action items remain visible and organized. This is a highly collaborative, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, fast-growing healthcare technology company where organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Product Roadmap & Initiative Coordination Maintain visibility across active product initiatives, roadmap commitments, strategic projects, and major enhancements Track initiative progress and maintain accurate roadmap status information Document roadmap changes, key decisions, dependencies, risks, and action items Help ensure stakeholders have visibility into upcoming initiatives, timelines, and changes Assist Product leadership with roadmap planning activities and roadmap communication Goal Tracking & Product Visibility Maintain tracking of product goals, objectives, key initiatives, and action items Monitor progress against commitments and help identify areas requiring follow-up Prepare status updates, reports, dashboards, and planning artifacts for Product leadership Help ensure product efforts remain aligned with company priorities and planned objectives Create visibility and transparency across product initiatives and organizational priorities Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate activities across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and other stakeholders Facilitate communication regarding priorities, releases, roadmap changes, dependencies, and action items Follow up on commitments, outstanding tasks, and identified blockers Help ensure stakeholders remain informed and aligned on product initiatives Escalate concerns, delays, or risks when appropriate Release Planning & Organizational Readiness Support release planning activities across teams Maintain visibility into release schedules, readiness requirements, and dependencies Coordinate internal communication and rollout planning efforts Partner with Product Specialists, Customer Success, and Operations to support successful feature releases Help ensure teams are prepared for upcoming workflow changes and product enhancements Product Process & Documentation Maintain planning artifacts, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, and product documentation Document key decisions, action items, and outcomes from planning and product discussions Help improve Product team processes, communication, and operational consistency Identify opportunities to improve visibility, accountability, and organizational effectiveness Support continuous improvement of Product operating processes and team workflows Skills, Knowledge and Experience Requirements 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, Project Management, Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or a similar role Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and competing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through Ability to track, organize, and communicate information across multiple stakeholders and teams Experience maintaining project plans, status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, or similar planning artifacts Comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and leadership teams Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly collaborative startup environment Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of tasks and outcomes Experience working within tools such as Jira and Confluence for initiative tracking, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, IDD services, assisted living, long-term care, or medication management environments Experience supporting software product organizations Experience tracking goals, projects, roadmaps, or strategic initiatives Experience with planning, project management, or collaboration tools Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other product development methodologies Experience supporting operationally complex software platforms What Success Looks Like Product initiatives, goals, and roadmap commitments are accurately tracked and visible across the organization Key decisions, risks, dependencies, and action items are documented and communicated effectively Stakeholders have clear visibility into initiative status, timelines, and upcoming deliverables Roadmap planning, release planning, and cross-functional coordination operate smoothly and predictably Product leadership spends less time tracking status and following up on action items and more time focused on strategy and prioritization You become a trusted internal resource for product coordination, roadmap visibility, organizational alignment, and operational follow-through
