Key Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety, security, and compliance across all server farm activities.
• Design, build, and nurture strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline ticket resolution and service delivery.
• Execute power cycles, replace faulty components, manage storage media, and conduct thorough diagnostics to minimize downtime.
• Perform network cabling, equipment rack/stack installations, testing, and troubleshooting using industry‑standard server farm procedures.
• Assist with the physical relocation and racking of hardware, including servers, network switches, and storage devices, ensuring precise documentation and adherence to project timelines.
• Support the inventory and logistics team with procurement, receiving, and inventory management to sustain high‑volume operational demands.
