Position Overview – Remote Customer Service Professional

This role is the heartbeat of our organization, handling inbound calls, troubleshooting inquiries, and delivering solutions to customers with less‑than‑perfect credit histories. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly, providing courteous and knowledgeable assistance.

Eligibility & Geographic Requirements
