Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Support Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team. This full‑time, work‑from‑home role blends data entry, product management, and customer insight responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Data Quality & Entry: Drive the end‑to‑end process for the Customer Investigation Center, guaranteeing high‑quality, consistent data entry for internal users conducting customer research and analysis.
  • Process Design & Prioritization: Define, document, and communicate a clear methodology, prioritization framework, and workflow for the Customer Investigation Center to streamline operations.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure tools and processes are built and scaled to meet the security and privacy requirements of internal teams handling sensitive customer data.
  • KPI Development & Monitoring: Identify, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure the success and internal adoption of the Customer Insight Center.
  • Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends in customer behavior analytics, data privacy, and security, identifying opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Design, arenaflex Interface, Data Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver best‑in‑class customer insight solutions with a strong focus on data security and privacy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement improvements to data collection processes, reporting mechanisms, and user experience based on feedback and analytics.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry, customer analytics, or product management within a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment.
