Key Responsibilities

  • Enter high volumes of invoice and payment data into arenaflex’s intuitive financial software with a focus on precision and speed.

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service via email, phone, and chat to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies, duplicate entries, or payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reconcile statements, process expense reports, and support month‑end close activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular financial reports and dashboards that help senior leadership monitor cash flow and vendor performance.
