Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Healthcare Information Management division. This is a full-time, work-from-home position ideal for individuals who excel at handling large volumes of information with speed, accuracy, and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various internal systems, databases, and electronic platforms used by arenaflex.
  • Review source documents and verify the accuracy of information before entry to ensure data integrity at all times.
  • Perform routine data quality audits and promptly identify, report, and resolve any discrepancies, inconsistencies, or errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, compliance, and IT to streamline data entry workflows and improve process efficiency.
  • Handle sensitive member and organizational information with the highest level of confidentiality and in full compliance with HIPAA and company data security policies.
  • Organize, archive, and manage electronic files and records to enable efficient retrieval and long-term accessibility.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries based on entered data to support departmental and organizational decision-making.
  • Respond to internal data-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clarification and support as needed.
  • Maintain a consistent productivity level while meeting established accuracy benchmarks and daily performance goals.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data entry, office administration, or healthcare information management are a strong plus.
