Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Customer Care team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this full‑time role, you will serve as the first point of contact for members who have questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and mail‑order services. Your mission is to simplify complex health‑care information, provide compassionate assistance, and guide members toward the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from members, addressing inquiries related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order pharmacy services.
  • Explain benefit details, eligibility criteria, and cost‑sharing structures in clear, easy‑to‑understand language.
  • Utilize arenaflex’s proprietary systems to verify member information, process requests, and document interactions accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to resolve issues on the first call, escalating complex cases only when necessary.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and all governmental compliance standards.
  • Participate in an eight‑week on‑site training program that blends hands‑on learning, self‑paced modules, and real‑time coaching.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working rotating shifts within the 6 am – 7 pm local time window to meet business needs.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and customer‑service skills through ongoing education and development resources.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Windows‑based computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to maintain a reliable, high‑speed internet connection and a distraction‑free workspace for remote work.
