Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic and growing customer experience team.   • Order Management: Process order modifications, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges while adhering to company policies and customer service standards.
  • Customer Education: Help customers understand arenaflex programs such as autoship, subscription management, loyalty rewards, and any promotional offerings to maximize their experience and value.
