Key Responsibilities

• Message Review & Removal: Monitor live chat streams, identify content that violates arenaflex’s community guidelines, and promptly delete offending messages.
• User Discipline: Issue warnings, mute, or ban users who repeatedly breach rules, following a clear escalation protocol.
• Report Investigation: Examine user‑submitted reports, gather evidence, and determine appropriate actions while maintaining thorough documentation.
• Community Support: Answer routine questions about server rules, direct members to relevant resources, and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Policy Enforcement Collaboration: Work closely with arenaflex’s community management team to refine moderation policies and suggest improvements based on emerging trends.

Essential Qualifications
