Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance & Control: Conduct routine audits, cross‑check entries against source documents, and resolve discrepancies to uphold data quality standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross‑functional teams—including claims processing, member services, and IT—to clarify data requirements and support seamless workflow integration.
  • Timely Delivery: Prioritize tasks to meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets, ensuring that downstream processes are not delayed.

Essential Qualifications
