Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the front line of support for our pharmacy customers. You will engage with pet parents through inbound calls, chat, and email, providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and delivering the “wow” experience that sets arenaflex apart. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, chat messages, and emails from pet parents seeking assistance with prescription refills, dosage questions, shipping inquiries, and general product information.
  • Research customer accounts, medication histories, and pharmacy policies to identify appropriate solutions and resolve complex issues promptly.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of each interaction in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy team, logistics partners, and technical support to coordinate timely resolutions and follow‑up actions.

  • Adhere to all safety, privacy, and regulatory standards, including the Kentucky Rx Technician licensing requirements.
