The Senior Data Analytics & Voice‑of‑Customer Engineer is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s Customer Listening Team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain the data pipelines and analytical frameworks that transform raw survey feedback into actionable intelligence. Your work will directly influence product strategy, service enhancements, and the overall customer journey across more than 20 countries and 10 languages. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders: Partner closely with product owners, data scientists, and agile delivery teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.

Essential Qualifications
