Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell travel services: Assist the traveling public and freight forwarders in selecting the right flight options, upsell ancillary services, and ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • Passenger check‑in and cargo acceptance: Provide guidance on check‑in procedures, baggage handling, and cargo documentation, ensuring compliance with arenaflex policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret regulatory guidelines: Apply domestic and international travel regulations, customs requirements, and safety protocols to support both passenger and cargo operations.
  • Coordinate aircraft dispatch: Work closely with ground crews to meet aircraft turnaround times, ensuring that flights depart on schedule.
  • Assist distressed passengers: Offer empathetic support to travelers facing disruptions, rebooking needs, or special assistance requests.
  • Protect company assets: Safeguard arenaflex property and revenue by adhering to security procedures and reporting any irregularities.
  • Maintain safety standards: Respond to emergency situations, follow safety protocols, and assist with on‑site safety drills when required.
  • Perform physical tasks as needed: Operate air stairs, load and unload passengers, and handle equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor peers: Oversee the performance of fellow team members, provide guidance, and ensure consistent service quality across the remote workforce.
  • Execute Passenger Operations Control duties: Facilitate communication between the aircraft and the ground, and support tower operations when necessary.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus for certain locations.
  • Valid driver’s license as required by local authorities.
  • Successful completion of FAA background checks and eligibility for unescorted access to secure airport areas (SIDA) where applicable.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain airport security and/or U.S. Customs badges, if required.
  • Willingness to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods.
  • Strong physical stamina and dexterity to perform job‑related tasks safely.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in airline customer service, travel agency, or logistics support.
