Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Consultation: Listen attentively to guest needs, ask probing questions, and recommend appropriate arenaflex products and services that align with their preferences and budget.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex reservation issues, billing discrepancies, and service complaints with professionalism and speed.
  • Information Provision: Provide clear, up‑to‑date information on resort amenities, policies, special events, and promotional offers.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy standards.

  • A minimum of 30 days must have elapsed since any previous enrollment in an arenaflex class or program.
  • Applicants must not be a designated travel agent who books arenaflex reservations on behalf of clients.

Shift Options & Scheduling Flexibility

arenaflex understands that life happens outside of work, which is why we provide a broad range of shift options, including:

  • 10‑hour, 12‑hour, 8‑hour, 4‑hour, and split shifts.
  • Day, evening, night, and overnight schedules.
  • Rotating and weekend‑only shifts, as well as weekday‑only availability.
  • Weekend coverage on a rotating basis or as needed, ensuring you can balance personal commitments.
