About the Role

As a Remote Live Chat Data Entry Intern on the Content Operations & Innovation team, you will work directly with the Netfx crew—a pioneering visual effects (VFX) initiative built on arenaflex’s proprietary platform. Your primary mission is to support the collection, validation, and analysis of marketplace data that informs strategic decisions across the company. While the role is remote, you will be based in the Central African Republic and will receive guidance, mentorship, and a structured learning path throughout the summer of 2024.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and validation of marketplace metrics using tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct comprehensive research on existing digital marketplaces, focusing on transaction volumes, pricing structures, and user engagement patterns.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to surface insights that drive strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to develop and refine pricing strategies for new content and VFX services.
• Assist in building financial models that evaluate overall business performance and forecast future revenue streams.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing data‑rich reports for finance and product leadership.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—including product, engineering, and marketing—to identify business opportunities and operational improvements.
